The couple’s passion for entertaining shows in the family-friendly, welcoming elements of the restaurant. The menu focuses on healthy, fresh ingredients but decadent takes on brunch classics such as Bananas Foster French toast and Crab Cake Benedict balances it out. If you’re suffering from a hangover, the Bloody Mary caddy will make you right again with its combination of Stoli hot jalapeno, 2nite vodkas, house made Bloody Mary mix, farm-to-table veggies, Tabasco, fresh horseradish, Manchego cheese and Slim Jims. - (Tivoli Village) Echo & Rig You know this place is going to be good for 2 reasons: an in-house butcher shop and bottomless mimosas. Their short rib hash is notoriously good and half their menu is small plates, so be sure to order shareable items to complement your entrée. If mimosas aren’t your thing, there is a thoughtful beer list along with delicious cocktails. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service and the ability for customers to sit at the bar downstairs if they do not wish to wait.
- (The Strip) Lavo at The Palazzo One of the few day club parties in Vegas that happens every Saturday afternoon between October and March. Once you arrive, you’ll begin eating and drinking at restaurant style tables or at the bar (if you don’t have a reservation). At around 4pm, the ambiance starts to change, with curtains closing and the music getting more upbeat. Sparklers and lasers take over, the dancers come out and the party starts! As for the food, it is your traditional brunch fare mixed with solid Italian menu items. Try The Meatball for your appetizer. It consists of a pound of fresh ground imperial Wagyu, Italian sausage, and veal rolled into a ball and baked in a marinara sauce. It is then topped with fresh whipped ricotta and herbs.
